  • All learners must wear their school ID card while on campus as part of our safety and identification protocol.

  • Learners should come to school in neat, appropriate attire with a clean and well-groomed appearance.
  • Makeup, nail paint, jewellery, ripped jeans, and crop tops are not permitted.
  • Black school shoes are recommended; sports shoes, slippers, sandals, or crocs are discouraged on regular school days (unless specified for a particular activity).

  • Parents/guardians are requested to schedule an appointment in advance to meet the Principal or any teacher to ensure effective time management.
  • To speak with the class teacher regarding any concern, kindly call between 1:30 pm – 2:30 pm (Monday–Friday) and 11:30 am – 2:30 pm (Saturday).
  • For all other queries, please contact the School Admin Team between 9:30 am – 2:30 pm (Monday–Saturday) at: 8076271825 / 9266710255

  • Parents and visitors are expected to follow a modest and appropriate dress code on campus.
  • Formal or semi formal attire is preferred. Half pants, vests, and revealing clothes are not allowed.

  • Learners are expected to arrive in school on time so they can begin the day calmly and confidently.
  • School gates will close at 8:10 am. Arriving before this time helps learners settle in and start their day positively.

  • If a child is unwell with a contagious condition (such as conjunctivitis, scabies, dermatitis, etc.), parents are requested to keep the child at home until fully recovered.
  • Learners returning to school after a contagious illness must submit a fitness certificate from their doctor and are expected to complete missed work promptly.
  • If your child has a chronic condition (e.g., asthma, epilepsy, heart related issues), please ensure that the medical history is clearly recorded in the school Almanac and that the child remains under regular medical supervision.

  • Learners are expected to maintain a neat, disciplined appearance.
  • Non Sikh boys should have regular haircuts. Sikh boys are encouraged to wear patkas with pride.

  • Learners should take care of school property and their personal belongings.
  • Any accidental damage to furniture, equipment, or school infrastructure must be reported immediately to the Class Teacher or the Principal.

  • Learners are advised not to bring expensive watches, mobile phones, or other electronic gadgets to school.
  • The school will not be responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of such items if brought against the guidelines.

  • Learners are expected to maintain respectful, responsible, and courteous behaviour at all times.
  • Consistent indiscipline, disruption in class, or inappropriate conduct may invite corrective or disciplinary measures as per school policy.
  • Use of rude, abusive, or aggressive language or behaviour
  • Prohibited behaviour includes (but is not limited to)
  • Damaging or defacing school property
  • Any form of physical violence or bullying

  • Learners are expected to remain on campus for the full duration of the school day.
  • In case of an emergency, parents/guardians may collect their child after informing the school office.

  • Regular attendance and active participation in all classes, games and activity periods are encouraged for the holistic development of every learner.
  • Uninformed or unexplained absence of more than six consecutive days may lead to the cancellation of admission at the school’s discretion.

  • Parents/guardians wishing to withdraw their child from the school are required to submit a written application to the school office within the stipulated notice period as mentioned by the school.
  • All dues and pending payments must be cleared before a Transfer Certificate (TC) or any other official document is issued.
  • The school reserves the right to initiate withdrawal of a learner in cases of:
  • Prolonged irregular attendance
  • Serious or repeated breach of school rules and code of conduct
  • Non payment of fees or non compliance with school policies after due reminders
  • Request for withdrawal during an ongoing term should be discussed with the school office to understand the applicable timelines and procedures.
